1. When the light spot of the focus laser is adjusted to the minimum, the initial effect is established by spot shooting, and the focal length position is determined by the size of the spot effect. As long as we recognize that the light spot of the laser is at the minimum, then this position is the best processing focal length, and then the processing work is started.

2. In the first part of the laser cutting machine debugging, we can use some test paper, workpiece scrap to spot to determine the accuracy of the focal length position, move the position of the upper and lower laser head height, the laser spot size will have different size changes. Adjust different positions for many times to find the smallest spot position to determine the best position of the focal length and laser head.

3. After the laser cutting machine is installed, a marking device will be installed on the cutting nozzle of the numerical control cutting machine. Through the marking device, a simulated cutting figure will be drawn. The simulated figure is a 1m square. A circle with a diameter of 1m is built in, and the four corners are marked with diagonals respectively. After drawing, use the measuring tool to measure whether the circle is tangent to the four sides of the square. Whether the diagonal length of the square is √ 2 (the data obtained by the root sign is about 1.41M), the central axis of the circle should bisect the sides of the square, and the distance from the right point where the central axis intersects the two sides of the square to the intersection of the two sides of the square should be 0.5m. By testing the distance between diagonal and intersection, the cutting accuracy of the equipment can be judged.
